Safety

Your safety is of the upmost importance to us but you undertake any activities with us at your own risk. Before any activity with us, there will be a safety briefing. You will know what the risks are and what to do if you feel unsafe. We are qualified first aiders and are experienced in taking groups out into the countryside.

Insurance

Our Insurance covers us for any bad advice or equipment that we give you. Personal injury has to be covered by your own insurance policy. Nevertheless we do not take part in high risk activities. Mountain biking and strenuous hill walking are rated as moderate risk activities. All other Exploring Mid Wales activities are low risk. We are not insured as canoe instructors.

Security

Mid Wales enjoys the lowest crime rate in England or Wales. This is a perfect area in which to relax, far away from urban worries.
