The River Wye enters Herefordshire at the charming little market town of Hay-on-Wye. It meanders across its flood plain towards the cathedral city of Hereford. From here, the Wye begins a series of meandering loops as it flows towards the ancient town of Ross-on-Wye. Finally in a splendid finale the Wye has eroded two deep loops around Coppet Hill and Yat Rock as it deepens its gorge, rushes past Symond's Yat and returns to Wales for its final dash to the sea. The Wye Valley in Herefordshire has so much to offer and we are keen to share it with you.
