The Epynt Way

The Epynt Way skirts around the remote moorland of the Mynydd Epynt

The Epynt Way was established by the Ministry of Defence in 2004 around the perimeter of the Sennybridge Training Area (SENTA). It is 50 miles long but pathless and can be walked or cycled (though it is very tough going on bikes!) We have done the round and would be happy to guide and support you for the whole length or to take you on shorter walks on the Mynydd Epynt. We can arrange accommodation and luggage transfer if required. The area has been in MOD hands since 1940 and abounds in wildlife and rare plants. There is history here - stretching back to pre-history, indeed.
