The Heart of Wales Line Trail

Cynghordy viaduct

Now five years old, the Heart of Wales Line Trail slices through Mid Wales, from Craven Arms in the south Shropshire hills to Llanelli on the coast. It was design to allow walkers to use the train enabling them to walk linear walks rather than having to be tied to a loop walk. The variety of landscape is wonderful and Exploring Mid Wales can help you arrange a mult-day walk that allows you to sample the very best that this trail has to offer. Rob and Sarah have so far got down to Ammanford and hope to complete the 141 mile trail shortly.
