Aberystwyth - the jewel in the crown of Cardigan Bay

Aberystwyth from Constitution Hill

Aberystwyth stands on an headland jutting out into Cardigan Bay. "Aber" is a seaside resort and university town, an important cultural and administrative centre and a great place from which to explore the Ceredigion coast and surrounding countryside. We would like to guide you around Aber, showing you the less well known parts, illustrating the fascinating history of this unique town. We could include a trip up "Consti", on the Cliff railway, perhaps? Or maybe a longer walk along the coast to Borth, returning by train. Whatever your interests, we can guarantee a fascinating and stimulating day's walk around Aberystwyth!
